Well, not quite a deconstruction of the portuguese traditional version of creme brulee but it sounded quite catchiing as a title. It's more a restyling of the recipe, with the introducion of the fruit and the way it is presented. But it still tastes delicious. As usually, the recipe is resting in my archives to anyone who wishes to experiment.
